No work life balance. Very bureaucratic office you better keep your thoughts and opinions to yourself there is no career progression no training or travel for local Staff .Discriminatory low pay to local staff with no benefits,poor health insurance which is based on reimbursement Up to a maximum 850£ and this does not no cover your family members. No over time despite constant requirement to work extra hours. Management team is disrespectful and talk down and bully subordinates unstructured Human resource are enablers of the bad behavior.
