Horrible work environment / No benefits - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Basement Systems

Completely unprofessional environment with no HR department (so they don't have to hear complaints). No benefits. When I signed up, they handed me a sheet that listed "benefits." I got like two weeks off after a year of service and they actually listed "k cups" in the cafeteria as a benefit. What a joke!!! Not only is this is a horrible environment in terms of the people, but it also was bad for the employee's health to sit in cold rooms, cramped "fun" work spaces, low light spaces, and other dangers (including never closing the office for snow and ice). One nasty thing they did when I worked here was to tell everyone "We're closing on Christmas Eve Day. If you have PTO, use it, otherwise you're not getting paid." Grinches!!! Horrible horrible horrible place!!!
