Toxic workplace - Recensione dipendente - Seafood and Meat Service Clerk presso Bashas'

I was harassed and threatened by my coworker for months while HR was processing the complaint. My managers did nothing in that time and expected me to deal with the workplace abuse. I was demanded to perform tasks outside of my job description in which I was paid to do by my manager. My manager tried to question me for calling out sick and tried to say that I'm not obligated to my mandatory 15 minute breaks. My manager used me to fill a position after someone left without additional compensation and lied to me about the process of being promoted saying that I needed to wait for my 6 month evaluation. Store workers are known to steal from the store with little repercussion from bashas itself.
