They charged employees $50 for parking biweekly in addition to expensive benefits and low pay. 6, growth, what growth? No growth here. People don’t go up they go down in pay here in the form of furloughs higher healthcare and eliminated 401k. 7. The ceo, Keith, seems pretty nice. But Keith being nice doesn’t pay my bills. 8. Instability. All it takes is for oil price to go down then they start furloughed, reducing the already low pay with too many expensive deductions. You might be foreclosed on your home. People here don’t leave because they want to but because they have to.
