The culture here is so phony you'll want to barf and coworkers will throw you under a bus. Major SOS (shiny object syndrome) here. Everything has to be done asap. You can't get anything done during office hours and most employees work late and into the night at home to get things done. Work life balance is nil if you want to keep your job here.
