It pays the bills for the most part

Enough One employee consistently disrupts the work environment. She regularly attempts to control situations and speaks rudely to other staff members. This behavior has created ongoing tension and discomfort in the workplace. I am asking ownership to address this issue directly. I do not need to name the individual, as the situation is well known among staff. Immediate action is needed to restore a respectful and healthy work environment.
