I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Baskets was unacceptable. One employee is consistently rude, controlling, and dismissive toward staff. The way she speaks to people is disrespectful and created an uncomfortable atmosphere every time I was there.

One of the things I value most in a company is how it takes care of its employees. When employees feel supported, respected, and given opportunities to grow, they’re more motivated to give their best every day. I believe in working for an organization that not only drives results for customers but also invests in its people through training, career development, and a positive work culture.
