Svantaggi
BASYS loves to boast about being “voted the best place to work,” but what they don’t say is they pay to be considered and then pressure employees to vote. That’s not a reflection of genuine culture — that’s manufactured PR. They also brand themselves as “family-friendly,” but in practice, it’s anything but. A colleague was asked inappropriate questions in an interview that said a lot about how women and where their place in the world is. There are very few women in leadership, and those who do rise often find themselves quietly edged out once they start families. The owner makes daily rounds, which at first seems personable, until you realize he’s just scanning for dress code violations. Despite the fact that most roles could be done remotely, you're required to be in-office — mostly to justify the cost of their “cool” workspace. Add in a gossipy, clique-driven upper management culture, and it’s far from the environment they advertise.
