Vantaggi
-Good, consistent hours -Friendly Co-workers -Decent benefits (paid time off, competitive health insurance) -Overtime is generally permitted -Far better than working in retail or fast food
Svantaggi
-Poor management -Very weak communication between manager and employee -Dangerously understaffed (which results in the limited staff to be stretched to the breaking point -Unrealistic expectations -You have to go through much drama to use the paid time off you've rightfully accumulated, due to small staff -Be prepared to not be able to consistently focus on the one area of work you're responsible for on a daily basis, and still be scolded for work that couldn't be realistically done while you were covering another unrelated task. -You'll have to juggle multiple tasks on a regular basis, and additional work not on the agenda is common. -Unrealistic estimated time expected to spend on tasks or projects (example: a task that objectively takes 8 hours is expected to be done in 5, since those other three hours will be spent multitasking.) -Extremely high turnover
