My coworkers and boss are incredible and always encourage and value my feedback. I have seen quite a few employees get promotions since I started working at Bauer Built, which tells me they value current employees and their advancement. You can tell this is a family owned company by the way managers treat their employees. You will not be a number if you come to work here. The work is tough and takes a special type of person with an extremely strong work ethic and the desire to do exceed customer expectations every day.
