New leadership (CEO and Top management) are creating an unhealthy culture of increased stress, cost cuts, headcount cuts and mainly a fear culture. No one is currently allowed to challenge them without suffer consequences. The ones who have challenged have been forced to leave, the remaining ones just do what they are told. Company is trying to impress the market with increased profits due to lack of investment and cuts in preparation to sell the company. Baxter 2020 strategy is a short term strategy to achieve impossible objectives. It is scary the future of the company in the medium term when all the best employees have left and were not replaced due to the cuts.

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
