Good work environment, work life balance but company is drastically cutting costs - Recensione dipendente - Senior Financial Analyst presso Baxter

They are drastically cutting costs, lots of people moving in & out of the company. They cut a few positions and have combined roles to save $$. They don't want to add more headcount and are cutting headcounts instead. Everything have to go through approval from the US for hiring and adding people. They stingy with their hiring and love to hire people on contract to save on costs!
