No promotions, long hours. Always Forced to do over time on twilight shift. Money isn’t great for the work we do. Not a graduate role. Once u get good at what you do, they make u do more for same pay as what others do. they expect you to be quick one day after completing training. Some of the seniors are rude. They don’t know how to say please and thank you. It’s a no blame culture but you get blamed for simple mistakes. People talk behind your back. They call it the best place to work but I never felt that way since day 1. I still remember my first day and where I started. It was constantly one team against the other. Management only listened to that team only cos they were complaining always and when our team complained, it was taken with a pinch of salt with no follow up. They only care about their money and not about worker. If you spike yourself with chemo, the supervisors will only care about their gloves and not you as a person. The worse thing is it is assumed that all your time revolves around work so the rota comes in every Friday for the following week so u can’t really know or plan anything. They really don’t care about their employees. alot of stress
