      Baxter was my first position after graduating from college. I really like the inclusive culture of the company. People really care about each other.

      Baxter was experiencing some budget constraints so we had to work in a tigher schedule.

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
