We are not sure which location you worked in, but your point on location is fair, and due to the sheer size of several sites, they are usually located outside of central cities.       Nothing to gain here for growth

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
