Attitudes of most Management, the walk to clock in in freezing temperatures, lack of time clocks in areas needed, nowhere warm to sit, eat, or break besides walking 6-8 minutes to your car which cuts into break time. So many things are getting worse by the day and everyone talks about quitting all day at work. People are MISERABLE.
