Worst Company I've ever worked for - Recensione dipendente - Early Interventionist presso Bay Area Behavioral Connection

They have the worst management I have ever seen at a company. They use a cheap system for notes. Their management is so disorganized. The therapists for Early interventionists do not actually record accurate data! None of them take notes during the session which is ethically something I do not understand. With everything that needs to be recorded, there is no way you can memorize that accurately running around with kids. I was lied to as well as another employee and some people were not paid on time. They were completely disorganized and I have literally never seen anything like this in my life. I don't even trust them with money that I earned because they were almost always incorrect or short with how much money they owed me.
