Vantaggi

Good networking opportunities and exposure to enterprise clients. Some talented individual contributors across teams who genuinely try to make things work despite organizational challenges.

Svantaggi

Overall, the company feels extremely reactive rather than strategic. Leadership often lacks a clear long-term vision, and decisions appear heavily influenced by personal relationships rather than objective business structure or operational maturity. New senior hires are frequently treated as “the next big solution,” with their suggestions implemented unquestioningly until results fail to materialize, while long-time contributors and institutional knowledge are often undervalued or ignored entirely. Transparency is minimal. Important decisions are rarely communicated clearly, creating a culture where employees feel excluded from direction and uncertain about priorities. The environment can feel more political than performance-driven. The leadership structure appears highly relationship-based, with close personal ties across executive management influencing hiring and advancement decisions. HR, in particular, often felt emotionally driven rather than professionally structured, leading to inconsistency in employee handling and conflict resolution. The company strongly promotes a “family culture,” but in practice many employees experience a lack of genuine support, accountability, or psychological safety. Gossip, favoritism, and internal politics are common at both senior and mid-management levels. Despite heavy external messaging around diversity and inclusion, there were noticeable contradictions internally. Employees from different backgrounds often felt tokenized for optics rather than meaningfully included. Cultural stereotyping, inappropriate comments, and unprofessional discussions about appearance occasionally surfaced in ways that would not be acceptable in a truly inclusive workplace. Women joining leadership or management roles should be aware that the environment can at times feel highly competitive and politically charged rather than collaborative.
