      Worked with so many great people who are all there to help each other out. Benefits were good, since Bayer is a German company. PTO is more than other companies.

      Management style was starting to become inefficient and a lot of the individuals who were doing the work everyday did not get a say.

      I met some really great people there. I felt like I was truly a part of something bigger than myself. Loved the goal... health for all, hunger for none. I mentored some brilliant minds, and I am honored to have been there to support them.

      If the team you're working with likes you, you're golden. If you do things a little differently but can still achieve good results, it will not be enough. Basically, fit in or they will find clever ways to get rid of you, like putting you in charge of a project that you have little-to-no experience working on, and then terminate you when things aren't 100% better.
