Many employees had difficulty 'getting on board' with constant change and increasing demands as the company went from MEDRAD, Inc. to Bayer Healthcare. Double-digit growth expectations amidst major corporate restructuring and regular changes in business operations. Lots of pressure to conform and perform (corporation ideals), moving away from the previous mindset (company is family, as it was at MEDRAD). Sad to see the changes in the company affect long-term (formerly very happy) employees.
