We want to thank you for your openness and take your suggestions for improvement regarding more transparent communication; there will be significant changes in the future concerning this. While we are in the midst of a considerable change, we know the results will position Bayer for the next 100 years, putting customer needs at the center, and, instead of work moving up and down a layered org chart, we will put more power in the hands of those doing the work sparking cross-functional teams and flow resources towards projects that focus on our mission: Health for all, Hunger for none. Bayer sounds great - "health for all, hunger for none". and "dynamic shared ownership". There are some truly amazing people working at Bayer.

But it's "health for all, hunger for none" and "dynamic shared ownership" are bogus. So many people who embraced DSO were let go for voicing their opinions. The toxic leaders made the decisions, and the organization was not truly ready for Bill Anderson's call to action. It's profits first, not people. I believed - but it saddens me to write that I was wrong.
