If you work here and don't make personal projects on the side, you will have zero qualifications when you leave. KPIs are measured in the most wrong way possible, like number of tickets regardless of their weight. You must log every second of your day. Employees here feel like people with no social life at all, you will find employees online working at 11 pm willingly and this is very common and doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon. Managers are aware of this and don't do anything. Even though the job is online the work life balance feels horrible.
