Great co workers and management! Good work / life balance. Annual raises.

Not top dollar pay, but this is typical for outpatient offices.

You can move up the ladder quickly if you are a good worker and know where you are needed. Residents are can be really awesome and good overall community setting. Lots of overtime.

Can be very stressful for the amount of pay, some workers don’t pull their weight and just get a slap on the wrist. PTO ratio is bad but gets better the longer you stay, and some toxic work culture and sliding issues under the rug. Management has a lot of change over, people getting fired randomly, and can be very disorganized at times.
