No room for promotions within the company, very racist company and you clearly can tell how the owner and his son carry themselves. They will not give you any raise until you start demanding it and it will be chump change! they pay the minimum, and the work is overwhelming. Upper management is very disrespectful and will scream at you when given the opportunity.
