Vantaggi
different atmosphere than what massage therapists normally work in.
Svantaggi
they have no print out of services rendered so you never get to actually see what you've made. unless the client gives you a cash tip, you have no idea what they are tipping you and no way to keep track of it to make sure you are getting all your tips. after an incident where a co-worker who was tracking her earnings herself noticed that she was missing $50 in tips from her check, she was told a mistake had been made and that they accidentally put the $50 on my check... so i was told they were going to take $50 from my next check and give it to her. once that happened, i reiterated our need for a print out of services... something... some way to create transparency and to also keep this "mistake" from happening again. they try to hire receptionists to handle cashing out the clients so that we are unable to track our money .. management treats everyone like a child. lots of yelling at meetings. getting cussed out. during a meeting once someone walked by and asked the manager if she could please keep it down as her yelling and cussing was offending and freaking out nearby passengers. employees are over worked and no one cares if you need a break. bathroom breaks are timed and god forbid you take too long..... as a massage therapist you only get paid commission on the services you do yet they expect you to clean and constantly be finding something to do or stand at the door and say bon jour to passing people..... you can not sit down. even if you are working a double.... they do not give a crap. managers play favoritism . numerous complaints against her have been made to corporate but they don't seem to care either!! super TOXIC environment. stay away. spread the word.
