The founder operates like an autocrat, lacking real startup knowledge yet dictating impractical directions. No business model as such, ponzy winner names announced for each contest till 2024. Not sure about now. Employees were frequently made to work late nights despite the tech team’s inability to deliver even basic features. Standard employee benefits such as PF, tax compliance, health insurance, or LTA were promised but completely absent. Worse, final salaries of exiting employees remain unpaid, reflecting poor ethics and a lack of accountability.

They have built a good team, but without strong leadership, even a good team cannot become great. Now bringing in a teacher who has never actually run a startup adds to the confusion. Startups need experienced operators, not theory... Only person experienced in this company HR Lead , Product Lead

I’m frustrated because it feels like the founder doesn’t understand how Indian startups work. A startup isn’t an MNC with 10–7 rules and endless man-hour tracking. We’re stuck in long meetings instead of building. Tech feels undervalued. Even hiring a teacher from Abu Dhabi with no real Indian startup experience adds to the disconnect. This comes from concern, not negativity.

Founder has no understanding on how to manage the company. He's just a puppet and dancing on whoever is taking control of him. Stingy on appraisals.
