From the moment I joined the interview call, I knew BeReady was the place for me, thanks to the warm welcome from Paula and Claire. After receiving the job offer, Claire was incredibly flexible and adjusted my induction date to fit around my personal life. On my first day, I immediately felt part of the team. There’s always someone available to support you, whether it’s seniors, team leaders, or Claire, the Head of Delivery. Initially, I was concerned about feeling isolated since the role is fully remote, but that has been far from the case. There are so many people to reach out to throughout the day, making it easy to stay connected. Having control over my own calendar has also allowed me to effectively manage my caseload and prioritise my learners’ needs. One of the highlights of my role is engaging with learners and leading live delivery sessions. I truly enjoy the interaction and connection with them. Additionally, the “Skills Coach of the Month” program is a fantastic initiative that recognises the hard work of staff members each month. The company provides all the technology we need, and there’s dedicated IT support whenever necessary, so I always feel well-equipped. We also have access to training opportunities and their is a clear drive to promote people into higher roles from within If you're considering a role here, I highly recommend it. Since joining BeReady nearly nine months ago, my mental health has improved significantly, thanks to the company’s strong focus on work-life balance and the great support and opportunities they offer to staff.
