If I could rate this place -5, I would. The place is disastrous, for a minimum salary they will require you to do job of two people. Managers count every minute you spend away from your desk. There is no support or proper training, be sure to get an email in a very rude tone about even a small mistake you make. Managers are very unprofessional and are afraid to take any responsibilities. The turnover of people is enormous for such a small place, so many people left the company within my last 4 months of employement, and most of them were not replaced, so all teams are extremely short staffed. You are expected to take over the task of people that left without any reward or appreciation. If you do get a job offer from LMG Jewellery, make sure you reject it, otherwise you will completely waste your time, will not make any descent money and will be very badly treated. There is no carrier opportunities at all.

Everything.. work is tedious, horrendous and repetitive and god forbid you put a caller on hold for more then 2 mins your punished.. your punished for going to the toilet too long.. management sit there and literally do bare minimum while the actually claim handlers do all the work and get treated like garbage. Lots of complaints of long time settling claims due to the outdated and poor procedures in place

I worked for Loss Management Group (LMG) based in bath. The colleagues who you work with on a day to day basis are welcoming and friendly and personally I made some good friends whilst I was there. Alright as a stepping stone job, but I wouldn’t recommend this as a career. If working as a claims validator, then the support you get from the two senior validators is really good. There are no employee benefits working here.

Certain Management tended to walk around as though they were better than anyone else who worked for the company. However not all of them, from my dealings with Jeremy who at the time oversaw the running of the Bath office, couldn’t fault him as he was very approachable and friendly to speak to. The rest of the higher management only cared about themselves, the security of their jobs and did not care for the mental health of staff. Salaries are made up depending on how much management like you. There is no room to move up within the company. You can switch from role to role however there are very few salary increases available. Very stat based and target driven. Management reluctant to help when a customer is difficult.
