5yThank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am compelled to respond to your statements as several of your points are untrue. There is no direct link between office costs and bonus attainment levels. The Beamery recruitment team, along with many other teams, use and champion our product. It appears that we have not made this sufficiently clear, and so for this I can only apologize and endeavor to do better.
As a current employee, I would encourage you to be proactive, ask more questions and offer solutions to your peers, management and to leadership. This is how we can continue to improve and build a great company. I am disappointed that you felt compelled to post misinformation rather than engaging in a discussion and helping to address any gaps. I assure you that employee retention is a top priority for me as CEO, and I am always open to feedback on how I or Beamery can become even better.
