Things change rapidly in the HR industry, so you'll need to be able to roll with the punches and adapt accordingly. - Data Silos amongst teams - Teamwork is getting better on an individual level, but sometimes it can seem like decisions across departments are not looked at holistically. Communication of these changes/decisions could be improved as this information is often hard to find and not communicated thoroughly.

Our mission is super important, so we’re glad to hear you share our perspective, especially when you’re going to be representing Beamery in front of customers. We want all of our employees to feel valued and supported, and I believe our salary and overall benefits package go a long way to helping achieve this. We know we’re not perfect, though, and the issue of teams working in silos has come up before – this is something we’re working really hard to rectify.
