We’re very aware that Beamery is not the finished article as a company, and we’re constantly learning, taking feedback on board, and looking at how we can create the most inclusive and successful business possible. We have worked incredibly hard over the last year to improve the transparency across the organisation, as well as making massive strides in how we collect and action feedback – the introduction of CultureAmp being a huge part of this.
However, there are a few points you’ve mentioned that I strongly disagree with. To refer to your former colleagues as “lazy and dumb” is not only offensive but incredibly untrue – we have some of the hardest working and most intelligent employees, and I’m proud of everything they’ve done for Beamery and our customers.
We are incredibly open as a management team about any changes that are made, and also quick to acknowledge when mistakes have been made.
