Amanda is full of confidence, more than enough skillset for the job and has plenty of compassion for every employee she interacts with. As a hiring Manager, it is important to know that the HR team is solid not only in the on boarding process but with the continue support for our new and existing customers! Amanda's leadership skills have trickled down throughout the HR Department making it one the top departments within the BearCom organization.
