Low pay, lack of advancement. The Deborde family only cares about themselves and putting money into their pockets. There is absolutely no reinvestment back into the company. Antiquated software system has not been updated since the '90s. Health insurance is extremely expensive for the little amount of coverage. Pitiful holiday schedule. Management only cares about putting profit into management pockets. The fact that the company has been around for 60+ years, has 12 branches and ONLY has the annual sales that it does is a laughable reflection on the fact that The Deborde family is not interested in growing beyond being a nickel & dime, two-bit outfit.
