Great company with amazing leaders

The job is busy at times. (Not a con for company but job itself)

They want to grow and have the potential to be better if they let one person run the show....too many people "in charge" with no property management experience.

They have no true property management experience and don't trust their onsite staff. They are a young company only 2 years old still trying to get their bearings in the Mutlifamily Industry but wanting to grow at the same time. Decisions take forever: one person will tell you one thing for the other to come back and say something else. They micro-manage but then will ask you how to do something because they have no experience.
