BearingPoint is a good place to work, we have a good payment and benefits package (we had a great health and dental services). We work as family our teambuilding is so hard, is happy to work here. There are a lot of project with high complexity and the managers encourage us to develop others activities (higher responsibilities). Otherwise, they understand our personal problems and help us to solve that, I needed to finish my studies and so I couldn’t travel during the week for 9 months, so BearingPoint allocated in a client, close to my home and university, to facilitate my life.

Bearingpoint is a huge and global company and your processes are slow, because of that he had problems to get increase salary and performance bonus. The communication isn't good, the employees don't have the clean understanding about our business, this problem is big in our region (Brazil), out Board is not clarified. We had a lot of work to do, BearingPoint has a big commitment to the clients, but the employees need to work a lot to deliver the promises. Always I work more than 8 hours per day, but I didn’t receive anything for to work more that I need, I did that because I have commitment too.
