They shifted us to unlimited PTO, gave us an annual money and hours stipend for professional development, added maternity and paternity leave, and published transparent pay ranges for every job description. No company is perfect. The only CON at Beast Code is the large amount of government customers which take forever to fund projects. A lot of the changes in team positions is due to waiting for the government to pay for the products they want to create.
