There is plenty of opportunity to make money with overtime

No staff or no trained staff staff that is hired leaves within the first few weeks once they realize how unorganized the facility is. No protection or backing of the good staff that's there and has been there. Dangerously understaffed and they keep hiring warm bodies to fill the spaces. Maybe if they trained the right nurses and techs, they would have good staff that works together and enjoys working there. It has potential....maybe
