      Lots of social events, nice office, ok benefits Team members are extremely capable, intelligent and hard-working individuals.

      Complete lack of organisation and planning - everything is done last minute and is a crisis. Everyone and their mother will be providing their (often contrasting) opinions and feedback. Different departments in the company are being run in vastly different manners, down to culture, flexible working etc. Team members are being treated like children. Founder has an 'I can do everything better than anyone' mentality. They keep hiring talented people and don't let them do their jobs.

Its very disappointing to hear that you feel the culture is run on fear, we run quarterly engagement surveys and this theme has not come up in any feedback. We’d encourage you to speak with your line manager or the People team to discuss your concerns so we can find you a resolution moving forward and discuss your feedback further.
