The company was real enjoyable to work for. My former manager Kate was a funny and positive role model when I worked there. Learning about all baby textiles was helpful, and also knowing what all moms need for their babies.

At the time, they did not have a 401K plan.

Fantastic products both in function, quality and aesthetic. I was very much able to touch a number of different aspects of the company and learn about my own skill sets and opportunities for improvement. I felt this made me a better all-around professional and added to my sales knowledge. I felt heard and valued by the owners and my colleagues. If you are excelling in your role you won’t be held back by upper management. Great potential for expansion in international sales channels. Health insurance coverage was fantastic. Company dog comes to the office often - great for office morale. When traveling on business travel the company travel policy makes it easier to be away from home.

If you like routine and the same thing every day this isn’t for you. There have been a couple of negative reviews left on here and I do feel that their feedback is unfair. Having personal knowledge of their situation, their comments are a direct reflection of themselves, their lack of ownership of some of the problems they called out and in actuality are problems they caused and fueled.
