      - Low pay - Rely on colleagues on feedback. If one has a personal problem with you, then you are screwed. - Feels like a hamster wheel sometimes, just going round and round.

      Great learning curve, but no place for a career.

      Its like working for a cult. The ego of the place is utterly revolting, the culture is one of bullying. For an engineering firm it lacks business innovation, and its salarys are appauling.
