      I get a paycheck every 2 weeks

      Unreasonable work loads and deadlines making it impossible to succeed. Buildings are overloaded with people which may exceed code limits. If you don't get to work at 6AM you may not find parking and have to ride a shuttle to a remote parking lot. 12 hour days 5-6 days a week are the norm. Very cut throat environment, like being in a snake pit.

      You are pretty disconnected from the rest of the company as the government affairs team is quite small. Not much freedom, and there can be a lot of downtime.
