I’ve personally enjoyed the ownership culture. You can go from identifying a problem to influencing the actual product and technical direction at a granular level. The problems are rarely repetitive, which keeps the work intellectually engaging. If you enjoy solving complex business and technical challenges, there is a lot to learn here. Another thing worth mentioning is that good ideas are taken seriously regardless of title. Thoughtful discussions and reviews are valued more than rushing delivery, which creates strong engineering habits over time.
