During my time the only pros were my work colleagues, all of whom are no longer employed with the company.

MD is notoriously unreasonable and impossible to please Big culture of blame and passing the responsibility - this comes from the top down. No pay scales - pay increases are decided by the MD's mood and how desperate they are to keep staff. Notorious for moving staff between departments, and into posts they did not apply for and are not trained/qualified for.

Lots of hours available to work.

- For being such a commission based, target achieving role, you are unable to see how your commission is actually being earned at the end of the month. - Staff are deducted -£50 from using 36 month finance options when it's advertised all around the store. - No morals towards customers.
