- Upper management is too involved in the game making process, making detailed decisions (about color, for example) without respecting the timeline of a project, technical requirements or pending deadlines - Things change overnight, they make decisions then change them the next day - There is no process (if there is, it’s always circumvented by upper management) - They lack business and production planning - Lack of leadership and communication – no one know what’s going on and who is making decisions.
