A recent 5-star review mentioned that "some toxic employees" left the company, but unfortunately, the reality is that some of these toxic individuals are still in management positions. The working environment itself is good, with talented and friendly colleagues, but the management is messy and lacks direction, especially regarding hiring and people management. The management is not accessible, and they often treat employees as disposable rather than investing in their growth. Lots of change has happened over the last year, all positive. They've managed to navigate through some tough culture issues and have said goodbye to some toxic employees who were determined to recruit likeminded individuals. Huge shame but are on the up with some really fantastic new hires. The work is varied and exciting, clients are mostly based in silicon valley. The agency isn't for everyone but they have a supportive team and encourage those who have a positive mindset. Flexible working week, as clients are based in the US, occasionally you may be required to stay later than 5.30pm but can take that time back on a Friday. Cool studio based in Poole, nice working environment. Good engagement strategy, they encourage everyone to have a voice. Transparent feedback is encouraged through their HR platforms. Regular socials (optional) all hands sessions twice a year and host some really cool events.

As it is an agency, sometimes can be stressful. Studio is quite full now and can be noisy at times, but at least the mood is positive finally!
