Minimum coaching beyond initial,training No feedback on calls For context, I worked on the phones for around 2 weeks beyond training Target was 130 retentions, I consistently made 6 a day. 20 working days = almost target not bad for brand new...so I thought I was pulled in to a meeting completely unexpected and told I was being finished up for performance despite no indication my performance was not good enough. They had around 80 or so staff and were intaking around 30 across 3 training groups when i started. I believe they did this and then let a lot of us go once their peak time had passed ( pre xmas/blqck friday) I bought a computer for this job I could not afford and was very disappointed with how I was treated

So its probably best to split this place into a few sections: The Job - Commission is good if you are work hard, its not overly taxing if you have a strong work ethic Management - Supportive managers, good trainer. They all seem great at what they do Senior Management - The top guy in our department is a nice guy and seems fairly genuine. HR - good if you need help (unless its a Monday, will explain in cons) Company Overall - friendly hardworking bunch with a good team spirit

The job - can experience some tough customers and the targets whislt manageable can be a stretch (i guess thats why its a target) can get repetative. Management -can sometimes dismiss an opinion if its not going to get the team to their target Senior Management - they dont really know anyone on the phones apart from a few and you dont hear much from them directly, they hired some new guy thats above the managers that I think was just the big bosses friend, he doesnt seem to do much. HR - there are two members of this team, one is supportive and great to talk to if you have any sort of problem, seems to honestly care about your well being, She does not work a monday so if you need help on those days you need to go to the other one, this person is the exact opposite, full of fake smiles and really disingenuous. Only cares about looking good to those above her and seems to twist any conversation to either be about her or to make her look good
