High turn over of staff. Multiple staff on long term sick Call queues higher than the amount of people working for the company. No support for remote staff. Pressured and warned about performance, with little to no help improving these stats. Colleagues fired for poor performance. Mental health is "fixed" with a 15 minute google meet to "check in on you" then straight back into the calls. "Automatic call fails" if you sound depressed or sad on calls.

Minimum coaching beyond initial,training No feedback on calls For context, I worked on the phones for around 2 weeks beyond training Target was 130 retentions, I consistently made 6 a day. 20 working days = almost target not bad for brand new...so I thought I was pulled in to a meeting completely unexpected and told I was being finished up for performance despite no indication my performance was not good enough. They had around 80 or so staff and were intaking around 30 across 3 training groups when i started. I believe they did this and then let a lot of us go once their peak time had passed ( pre xmas/blqck friday) I bought a computer for this job I could not afford and was very disappointed with how I was treated
