It’s been incredibly toxic due to new management. Upper management doesn’t listen or care about staff concerns—decisions are made with no transparency, and feedback is ignored. The culture had turned into a toxic environment favouritism, and dishonesty. Employees are consistently overworked with little to no support, and if you raise concerns, your the bad one, which makes it clear that people are just seen as numbers. Lack of respect and support. If you value a healthy friendly work environment I strongly recommend looking elsewhere
