      The therapy provided to children was great! I learned a lot while working here. There were plenty of opportunities for RBT’s to advance in their career here.

      Things could be hectic at times. Some of the employees could be cliquey. But for the most part they were all very welcoming.

      Kids were amazing, big building with lots of rooms

      Training was lacking, people were awful. BCBAs were awful and knew nothing about their jobs. Terrible management, and the building was not well kept - mold, rotting wood, etc. the most incompetent people I ever worked for. Very underpaid

      We agree, the kids are amazing. We’re committed to providing quality training, strong clinical support, and a safe environment for both staff and clients. We also regularly review compensation for all staff. We’re sorry this wasn’t a fit and wish you all the best in your next role.
