Our managers are out in the field supporting our Behavior Technicians (BTs) every week, and always make time to leave them with feedback on what they did well and a few items they may be able to improve. We also pay employees during our comprehensive training (40+ hours and additional field-based training, so you're confident you can do the job), and all employees receive compensation for mileage and drive time between clients.
